The works involved the complete uplift of the existing 4,620m2 warehouse space and 960m2 ancillary office accommodation. This entailed, the complete refurbishment of the existing two storey offices, with new wall finishes, floor coverings and ceilings throughout. The complete strip out of the existing warehouse space created a new open plan space for potential tenants. External works consisted of the over sheeting of the existing rooflights, as well as various repairs to the existing wall cladding. Extensive drainage works involved a complete overhaul of the existing damaged system with new manholes, kerb drains and pumping chambers.
