This project acquired by Whitaker and Leach involved the refurbishment of a student lounge and bar area. The company manufactured and produced all internal and external joinery works according to the clients’ specifications. Preliminary works included: stripping out of the original space, installing all structural steelwork and breaking out walls to form new entrance openings.
