The Grade II listed building required general strip out works, including the removal of all existing carpets and internal partitions. The existing plywood and suspended ceiling were removed to expose the vaulted ceiling which was used as a design feature throughout the bar. New internal steps were formed between different floor levels and new timber glazed doors to match the existing external doors. Timber doors and the bar area were designed and manufactured by Whitaker and Leach.
